Home from Europe Conference

This year's Europe Conference was a special one in many ways:

• David Ruiz and TJ Addington shared messages of hope, challenge, and encouragement
• the US teams coming to minister through worship, kids, youth did excellent work
• for me personally, God gave dozens of good conversations with those I work with and for
• the Recruitment Lunch Forum I organized seemed to be a big help for folks
• I feel like I have good "tracks" on what I should do next and what areas need attention

This weekend is a family wedding for Matthew Aiken...it will be good to be together
